The Number 8 rifle is a .22 bore weapon similar to the Lee Enfield commonly used in the Second World War. The ATC variant is a single shot, bolt action design with no magazine. Typically it is used on a 25 metre indoor range and should be a fairly accurate weapon providing the sight is correctly zeroed in at the appropriate range.
